All in Abyss: Judge the Fake is an eccentric combination of bets and RPG, creating an addicting format of evaluating possibilities and using special skills. It's a proposal that's unique enough to be worth exploring.

The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy manages to combine a textual adventure full of mysteries with a tactical game with interesting strategic options. The end result has reservations and ends up revealing some of the limitations of Kodaka's writing, but it definitely pays off in the long run.

Lunar Remastered Collection brings back a duology that is still charming and a good choice for fans of the genre. However, the feeling is that, as a remaster, the final product is too basic and could have gone further to justify itself. Even so, it's great to have them back and fans of the genre will have fun getting to know them or revisiting them.

SaGa Frontier 2 Remastered brings back a PlayStation classic in a satisfying way, although the game is not recommended for those who are not open to an RPG that is unorthodox in its structure. Fans of the franchise, however, will be able to enjoy another vibrant and unique experience within the genre, especially if they had not explored the game in its original version.

Pocket Bravery is a Brazilian fighting game of really high quality and a great option for those looking for an experience with the genre on Switch. With a ton of variety in the modes and robust learning systems, it's worth investing many hours in the game to try and master its fast combat.

Bleach Rebirth of Souls manages to be a stylish 3D fighting game that interprets the original work well and is able to explore in great detail the main arcs of its plot before what is currently being adapted into an anime. Its main bottleneck is the lack of diversity of modes and a more robust online that encourages players to remain active, but for those who want to relive the nostalgia of Tite Kubo's creation, the game hits the nail on the head with its story mode and the mechanical construction of its combat.

Sorry We’re Closed is a survival horror that manages to show mastery in what it proposes and brings an impactful and bold context of emotional depth. The result is a fantastic game in its discussion and how it represents horror with new layers.

Destino Indomable is a visual novel with an incredible idea of exploring the Latin telenovela context. Unfortunately, the execution leaves a lot to be desired, with a shallow and poorly directed story and the shame to embrace the silliness of the genre in a non-ironic way. Along with subpar technical aspects, the result is a work that, while it may please some readers, doesn't manage to actually show the beauty of a good telenovela.

DoDonPachi SaiDaiOuJou is a very interesting shoot’em up, but it's a shame the western Switch version doesn't include a[n English] translation. For those who aren't so experience in the genre, it ends up hard to recommend the title, but don't get it wrong: this is a great shoot'em up worth experiencing for those who understand Japanese or who are not intimidated by the impossibility to play it in a language they comprehend.

Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land is another engaging entry in the franchise, featuring active combat that is a sensational evolution for the franchise and a vast world full of incentives for exploration. However, the less intuitive detail system and some quality of life details that deserve more end up hurting the experience in an unexpected way compared to the Ryza trilogy.

Despite some blunders in how the story is conveyed, Despera Drops is a solid adventure and a good visual novel for those looking for mysteries in a context of crime and being on the run in Europe. With a charismatic cast that basically becomes found family amidst their turbulent coexistence, this work is a good reading choice.

Even though the quality of life features could have gone further, Suikoden I&II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars brings two classic RPGs in great style. For those who haven't played yet and want to check out the two, it's a great opportunity to dive into the universe conceived by the late Yoshitaka Murayama.

Ever 17 – The Out of Infinity is an alternate version for KID's classic mystery, which wasn't released [this way] in the West [yet], bringing significant changes in its structure that can be quite controverse. On one hand, the big mysteries and sci-fi elements are still a big attractive and worth checking out. On the other, it leaves a feeling that the release could have had more care in preserving the original story along with the most recent revision and in offering more quality of life for players.

Never 7 – The End of Infinity is a classic that kickstarted the Infinity series and, despite some caveats, it's worth checking the game out in its first official English release. Though it's a shame that the translation could have been better, the story as a whole manages to stay intriguing.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection is a historical recollection to the franchise's legacy in the Game Boy systems (original, Color and Advance). The game's quality can vary wildly and the first ones in the pack are very different from what the real life TCG would develop into. With such an ample history, the series has better games that also deserve such a "rescue", like the Tag Force line, and hopefully the team's efforts don't end with just this rerelease.

Afterlove EP is a text adventure that manages to present the drama of mourning in an impactful and honest manner and the difficulties of recomposing oneself after such a giant loss. Emotional and visceral, this is a great recommendation for those who enjoy works of this nature, though the rhythm side ends up underexplored.

Phantom Brave: The Lost Hero is a sequel that manages to use the concept of the original SRPG from over two decades ago and explore it in depth. With complex mechanics and a combat full of options, this work is a great choice for fans of the genre despite some serious performance issues that don't let it shine more.

Trails through Daybreak II is a good continuation and a consistent step up in Calvard's saga. Despite some slip ups and how it feels like the events are more limited when taking into account the general series setting, this is yet another quality work and an easy recommendation for RPG fans.

Urban Myth Dissolution Center is a text adventure that's definitely worth playing, especially for fans of the genre. With a solid macabre atmosphere, great plot twists, and an excellent Portuguese translation, we have an immersive mystery solving experience in our hands.

Waiting in the Lime Forest is a stylish text adventure, but it ends up developing the plot poorly in its short duration. For those who love the format, I believe it's worth to explore the game and see what it does, but I hope future games from the developer manage to be more captivating and fleshed out.
